Kristine Lilly of UNITED STATES holds the record for most international apperance in women's football with 313 caps for her country & scored 113 goals.

He's since been overtaken by Mexico's Claudio Suárez with 172 caps

Dino Zoff of Italy although I hear some geezer from Saudi Arabia has a lot, however I don't class games against Oman, Iraq, Syria and the like as international games that count.
