I am looking for a spray adhesive I have seen to apply to wood mulch to keep it from blowing away.?

I love this stuff, spray glue. If you can't get it in the hardware store you can buy it in art shops. It is not a strong glue, but works quickly.

I would guess that if it's blowing away, it's dried out. Maybe you need some water on your mulch.

Water is cheaper than glue and it's good for your plants.
