It's not an acronym, it's an abbreviation. An acronym is an abbreviation which can be pronounced as a word, like AIDS and SCORE.

I cannot think of a Christmas carol with the "initials" CSBS.

While the consensus is that an acronym forms a spoken word, the connotation of the word "acronym" may be changing. Merriam-Webster says this about acronyms: "also : an abbreviation ([such] as FBI) formed from initial letters."

Anyway, after searching the Web, the only acronym of CSBS that I can find relating to Christmas is "Christmas Songs by Sinatra", an album of his originally released in 1948 (and again in 1994 and 2004) by Columbia Records.
