Help me please with my car!!?

Ive a 1997 Nissan Micra auto, 86.000km. When i relaesed the handbreak this morning the handbreak light in the dash stayed on for a few mins. The break was definately down to the ground. dont know if its related but when i turned right it went off? thanks!!

break pads is stock

Your parking brake or cable is just a little sticky. Have it service fairly soon so you don't wear your brakes out.
