you can get on welfare it a program that give you food stamp and cash depending on if you work if so it has to be less the 300 dollars a week and thay can all so pay for child care like day care place for your kids thay all so have something called heap that helps whit pay for the heat

Yes, it is through Social Services. You have to qualify just like food stamps, etc there is income and other guidelines. But you apply with you local office.
