A fragrant bubble bath.
Curling up on the couch with a good book.
A cup of steaming coffee and a smoldering cigarette.
Sitting in front of a roaring fire.
Laying on a blanket near the ocean and listening to the waves crashing against the shore.
Wearing your pajamas all day because you have absolutely nothing to do.
Getting a massage.
Watching a good movie while vegging on pizza.
Eating at the Melting Pot. It's a fondue place where you cook your own food and dawdle over dinner, just enjoying the company of the person you're with.
Strolling through the mall and window shopping even when you don't have a dollar to spare.
Throwing pennies into a fountain and making wishes or making wishes on a star.
Staring up in the sky and having a discussion with a friend about the pictures you see in the clouds.
Drinking a Coke icee on a hot day.
Putting a cleansing mask on my face and cleaning it off later to feel my skin fresh and rejuvinated.
Watching my 17 month old sleep.
Listening to music from my high school years.
Writing a letter to a friend.
Talking on the telephone about nothing and everything.
I guess my favorite is watching my son sleep.

long hot bath with some of that instrumental asian music playing with the lights turned off and little tea light candles lit all around the tub as you sip on a coke on the rocks. lol

Most of the time it's to hang out with the closest of my friends. Another good way is to put on some good tunes and be by myself.

Mine is just landing yourself right on the sofa/bed, whichever suits you, and turning on either CD player/iPod/Stereo to full blast and just listening to classic rock/sometimes heavy metal. It's amazing how music that violent can calm someone down, but it works.
