My husband and I are ready to get pregnant and have been for a few months but everytime we get really serious talking about it he gets like scared. I know he is worried about the money part of it but I also think he is just worried about being a good father. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can calm his worries. I know he wants to have a baby he talks about it all the time. Thanks.

This is completely normal. I am going through this right now with my husband. We are ready to have a baby, especially since we are mid-30's, and everytime it is ovulation he gets scared to try. Everyone worries, no one makes enough money, and if everyone waited until they were ready financially no one would have children...that is what everyone tells me anyway! Just let him know that he is having normal feelings, and that he is going to be the best father in the world.

My hubby was the same way. And now that our little one is here now... he is ready to have another. I think that it is soooo normal. Just assure his worries. Being a good father is something that you just do...And the money part you figure it out.
