All of them. McDonalds seems to try to rein in the immigrant attitude a bit and as a company seems a tad more cohesive. Burger Kings just doesn't seem to give a whit for the most part. I think it has to do with them playing second fiddle for so many years. But if you read about it the whole fast food industry is starting to lose money right and left. People are getting more educated but there are always people who will go no matter what. Thats the thing..... enough people don't bother to simply say " I am not happy" and complain. The training programs of all of them? A joke. It is impossible to communicate service values to people who don't have a tradition of eating out at all except from a street cart.

It's a toss up between Mickye D's and Burger King. I have gotten fair to rotten service in each. I complained to corporate headquarters for McDonald's and had their regional manager call me and apologize. He was very POed that I had contacted corporate.(Its in Fla.) The one I complained about cleaned up it's act for a while, but now does the same thing.

McDonald's. The staff is just horrible at most places.one time I waited for a Big-Mac for like ten minutes and no one even bothered to tell me if it`s almost ready or anything. When i asked the girl she just looked at me than barked something to the back and ignored me until the food was ready. by then the fries were cold and my appetite disappeared.

McDonalds. All the staff are thick as two planks and seem to be incapable of understanding English. I mean you have to explain your order to them slowly and they still give the wrong stuff. I think they must be made to smoke a load of dope before they start their shift

Definitely Burger King. I have had numerous problems with them and found that even their management look down on you. I guess their "have it your way" ad is just a useless idea to them.
