last week me and my buddy were just sittin there and my mood changed from being happy to very pissed off

We get bored with the same mood.

They don't change any quicker than anyone else's, but culturally speaking Italians. Spaniards, etc. have a tendency to show that their mood has changed more often. Just a cultural habit, not something genetic. If you or I were to be raised among those groups, we would have the same mannerisms and expressions.

I don't know but I'll put up with the mood swings because my brother in law is Sicilian & although he can be a bastard at times, he's taught me that Italians are very loyal

That is the reason I adore people from the Mediterranean and the
Mideast. I like that fiery disposition.
