How much wine is there in my glass ?

Question

I fill a wine glass half full of wine and another glass twice
the size, one-third full of wine. Then I top up each glass with
water and empty the contents of both glasses into a tumbler.
Now, how much of the mixture is wine and how much water?

if first glass has the capacity to hold x then second glass's capacity will be 2x.in the first glass the amont of wine is x/2 and in the second one the amount of wine will be 2x/2.
total wine in mixture will be x/2+2x/2 and the total mixture will be 3x.Total wine out of 3x will be 3x/2.therefore 1/2 of mixture is wine and 1/2 of the mixture is water.

Large glass= 2v
Total wine= v/2+ 2v/3 = 7v/6
Total water= v/2+ 4v/3 = 11v/6

Thus total volume = 3v
Fraction of wine = 7/18
Fraction of water = 11/18

61.11% water

Superfine steel wool, like the single with 4 zeros. attempt it on a small section first. I do all styles of glass paintings and that i take advantage of this to get stuff off glass and tableware...i do no longer see scratches from it yet returned, attempt it on a small section or something you do no longer care approximately first.
