There is no free lunch. I do not understand why people continue to think that you can invest a small amount of money with little or no risk and make a fortune.

HYIP's are scams.

Why would a biz. that can earn the huge returns promised by HYIP's seek $500 investors? What you are looking for doesn't exsist.

Make your own. Consider some of the royalty trusts like BPT (BP Prudhoe Bay), CRT (Cross Timbers) and NGT (Eastern American Natural Gas). Some haven't done me too well lately, such as HGT or MTR, so they can lose money for you, if not in dividends then in market value. Consider preferred stocks or comparatively high dividend stocks like C, DD, DUK, GMT, JPM, MRK which have had principle grow as well as pay a good dividend, and consider ASO, BPOP, CBCF and the like.

Anything 5% higher than the rate you can borrow at is a high yield. Most people can't invest even at a rate equal to their ability to borrow... VP is there claiming to guarantee 5% month, which would be min 60% / year - and higher if that interest is compounded. Heck, I'm thinking of giving him a call. That's pretty incredible - but of course, how do you ensure security of your investment across borders?

I strictly don't recommend you invest into any hyips because 95% of them are scams and rest 5% fail because they cannot compete with scammers who offer extremely high ROI.

If you want really good investment opportunity then find real trader who accepts private investments.
