it's old blood. blood has hemoglobin in it which makes it like to stick to things and sometimes it doesn't all come out right away. orgasms cause contractions of the walls of the uterus which can help it shed it's lining, and they also help relieve pre-menstraul cramping. ask your ob/gyn next time you visit.

Since most polyps are small, they probably do not often cause symptoms. However, when symptoms do occur, they usually include excessive bleeding during a menstrual period, or bleeding in between periods, or even spotting after intercourse. Some women report a few days of brown blood after a normal menstrual period. Polyps cause these symptoms because they dangle from their stalks and irritate the surrounding tissue, which causes the tissue to rub off, exposing tiny blood vessels. These blood vessels bleed, leading to spotting or vaginal bleeding

"Brown discharge is usually "old" blood that is being extruded from the uterus. This is usually blood that did not come out during your last period. It has nothing to do with the abortion you had or with the pills you are now using. Just keep a record of all your bleeding for the next few months. It is quite normal to have a period such as you describe. Don't worry about it."

When it comes out brown, it is old blood, and that usually happens at the end of your period. If it is brown all the time, then i would tell you , that you should see a doctor for that.
