I have not heard of 'unrealism theatre', but would suggest it is perhaps another term for 'theatre of the absurd'. 'Waiting for Godot' by Samual Beckett is a good example.

There is either realism or formalism. Formalism is everything from Brecht to Artaud to modernism to commedia, etc etc etc. Basically, if it's not realism, it's a formalist piece.
