Furthermore, according to the Singapore Science Centre, sperm cells "degenerate and are reabsorbed (broken down and absorbed by the body) in the seminiferous tubules if they are not ejaculated." I would agree with the "stop and start" technique.. Basically, you get to know when you are at a point of no return, then even before you reach that point, you stop stroking/having sex. If you having sex, that's the time to focus on your partner, the nipples, kissing etc etc. Take a short break until you feel the urge subside the resume. Now this needs practice, so talk to your partner about it and hopefully you both can help each other :-)

i don't really understand how to do it, nor have i tried, but my urologist assures me there is a way to milk the prostate gland so that ejaculate (in full foce) will be released from the p-n-s.
