I'm going to be in Berlin for 3 Days and 4 Nights. The hotel is all paid for; all I need to pay for is my food, travel (which I plan on buying a 22 Euro WelcomeCard which lasts 72hrs).... How much Euros should I take with me for emergency money, general spending and shopping? Any ideas?

It depends on where you plan to stroll around. Berlin is NOT expensive (in fact it is the cheapest "mega"city in western europe) if you don't stop to eat and drink at the touristic areas around ku'damm or Unter Den Linden too much.
I personally could do with 50 euro per day including shopping, but of course it depends on what you're shopping trips are like ;)

Some cheap and good places to eat and drink: Com Viet (Münzstr. 3, near to alexanderplatz, not that easy to find - nice vietnam food for about 5 euro), Pizza Dach (Wühlischstr. near simon-dach-str., pizza for 2,50 euro, half a litre beer for 1,60)
over 200 cocktails for 3 euro is in bar 101 in torstr. 69
the cheapest good sushi is in uhlandstr. 104-105, metro blissestr. (sushi miyabi)

A good area to shop in the usual big stores is at lietzenburger straße (the big street beneath the "gedächtniskirche" near zoo station) and cheap and nice flea markets are taking place sunday to 6pm in friedrichshain at boxhagener platz and at the mauerpark in prenzlauer berg.

In my opinion 200 to 250 euro (including emergency money) will be more than enough if you don't plan to buy anything very expensive.

most museums are free thursday evenings btw.

100 euro per day is plenty if you don't shop too much. You can get free breakfast at most hotels - check on yours. You can eat street food for lunch (wurst or Turkish doener kebap) and then a schnitzel house for dinner. You'll have to pay for drinks, even if it's just water.

Your Visa/MasterCard can be your emergency money.

300-500 euros, that should be readily available because it is really expensive shopping and even ordering out
