Charmaine is the best from your list, in my opinion.

Although I also like Emily as a nice baby girls name.

Good luck and merry Xmas!

The one I would stay away from would be Tegan - I think Tegan and Evan sound sort of rhymey. My favorite from your list is Paige. Like Evan, it has a strong simplicity about it. "Evan and Charmaine" sounds too overdone, you know? Chelsea would be a close second.

I have a son called Evan, I was always fond of Cerys as the are both traditional Welsh names

tbh all your names are quite common, i work with young children and know at least one with each of these names and three called chelsea. try baby name wizard for ideas, it also gives you stats for the names popularity over the years though it only has usa info no uk stats. off the list my fave is paige.
evan is quite a classic name, how about harriet, or anna, they both sit well with evan and arent too popular

I'd go with Chelsea but I also like the name Emily Renee. It doesn't seem to be used as much.

I know 2 boys named Teagan.

I don't like Charmaine at all. :-{

I like Kelsie better than Chelsea.

Paige is definitely my favorite! I love Paige.
