People are so ignorant.
Gas prices go up when people do more traveling, for example the holiday season (right now) and summer (you remember, the last time gas prices were higher and everyone was crying Bush).
People really need to get a life, an education, or both.

Gas prices are going up for three reasons. First OPEC has announced they will be cutting production by 500,000 barrels a day. (That is supply). Second, "over the hills and through the woods to grandmothers house we drive" Christmas is a huge travel time. (demand)
Last cold weather increased heating oil demand.
What happens to price with increased demand? Higher
What happens to price with decreased supply? Higher

Its called capitalism, we make it and you need it, so you have to pay for it. Here is an idea " if we all started filling our gas tanks to just 1/2 (when you fill up around your home) Not when you are traveling, then someone not you would have to store all that excess gas. IF the gas stations were storing an extra 5 million gallons of gas, maybe the price would come down a bit.

Oil prices always rise in December. Why? Because the demand for heat goes up. Crude is refined for home-heating, less is being used for gasoline, lower supply of gas, prices rise.
If it is Bush's fault when gas prices go up, is he to be commended when gas prices drop?
Sounds to me like you just want to blame Bush for everything, which severely diminishes your credibility when you have legitimate criticism of him.

Blame Democrats. All the oil companies are jacking up prices to make money before the Dems tax it all out of the American people
