They do not truly believe that they are civil servants. Most of the elected officials that I've ever deal with feel they are elected to "parent" us. Basically they are not there to do as we say, they are their to tell us what to do.

civil servants is under EXECUTIVE, one of the arms of the state.others are judicially and legislator. politicians are legislators.
