I am looking for a database much like spassessment.com. I want to prestest students to find which educational standards students are not proficient. This is for a new company that will provide Supplemental Educational Services under the No Child Left Behind Act.

Have you checked out StudyIsland.com? They seem to have an assortment of pretests, lessons, and posttests.

Depending on what states you plan to work in, individual states post public release tests related to their standards.
