Also, be sure to get at least 3 quotes.

RS Means is the best book that suits US and Canadian conditions to evaluate cost of Labor, materials and machines. Best is to consult an Estimator or a Quantity Surveyor to get the job analysed before RS Means, because different jobs at different conditions can have different costs.
