No one is counting the dead in Iraq- Some claim 650 000, some say 80 000 in civilians. I don't know other than that the number of dead is rising exponentially. Half a year ago we had 100 dead every month, now we have the same number every week.

And these are ones that we now of- dead in bomb attacks.

There is no way to be sure as it is hard to get good information out of the more remote towns and villages. One survey quoted 650K but the UN, US and Iraqi officials all discounted that number since it was taken from sample of only 1200 people and the science in the survey was poor.

Independent research has had the same issues with collecting data but most agree around thirty thousand people are being killed each year (50 to 100 per day) countrywide. Over ninety five percent are the result of sectarian violence, four percent natural causes and accidents, and one percent insurgent activity against the US. It was pointed out also that some in that number are foreign fighters and some are the result of death penalties imposed by the new Iraqi government.

USA people never care what happened in Iraq.

They would care if one Israeli soldier been captured by Hezbullah that lead the invansion onto Lebanon. And USA people support Israel.

Kill more muslim / Arab so make the way for Jewish to conquer the land and opportunities.

Its more than many of us think. Way the deaths is counted is probably tweaked to lower it much as possible. And private contractors dying there do buffer death counts since they're not US soldiers but private citizens.

I only care about the American soldiers. I'm sure the terrorist are counting the innocents that they are killing in masses. You can go to www.dod.gov to get your numbers if you care that much. I don't.
