I've got a Griffin iTrip for my nano and have had no problems except that it drains the battery quite quickly (but it's ideal for going to/from work in the car and short journeys etc). I don't know if you can get it here - I got mine when I was in the US in the summer.
I'd reccommend one which has a built in charger as they can drain the iPod battery quite quickly, especially if you want to use it on a long car journey. Otherwise they're all pretty much the same in terms of transmission strength and quality

The Griffin iTrip is really well designed. It's the same size as the Nano and there are no wires. I like the way I can use it around the house with the Nano in my pocket listening to the music on my home stereo. If I want to change track then I don't have to get out of the armchair like I would if the Nano was wired to the stereo ! Be aware though that it is ony compatible with the old style Nano, it does not work with the version currently to be found in the shops. Sound quality is fine. In the car it's hard to notice any difference over a wired connector. It is true that it takes some juice out of the iPod battery. I just keep a car charger with a mini-USB connector in the glove box just in case. There are lots available on eBay right now. I bought mine and a second for a present for £17 each including postage from a UK seller.

They were illegal in GB till 8th December. NOTE only ones with "CE" marking are now legal. Others are still technically banned.
