First of all, I do not think that anything on the Pacific Rim is going to be a last refuge. With all the fault lines and volcanoes going ballistic lately. There are many versions and beliefs on what will happen. I will tell you mine, I am sure that others will tell you their side of it. The End Times started about 2000 years ago. Jesus' resurrection was an End Time event. The End Times will continue through this time to the end of the world, which should not happen for a while. Christians like me believe in the Rapture of the Church, immediately followed by seven years of something referred to as the Tribulation, the Great Tribulation. At the end of that seven years, Jesus will return and slaughter a massive, massive army. It will take about seven months to clean it up, and they will still find bones in the area around Jerusalem after that. No one will touch those bones except a special crew that is supposed to be protected against whatever it is that is still on those bones. Jesus will reign for 1000 years after the Tribulation, the Great Tribulation (I know that gets tedious to write it like that, but I am referring to a particular tribulation). The thing about all of this is that I am not making it up. It's all in the Bible. If you want to see what the Bible says about the time when Jesus comes back, read Zechariah 14. It's very bloody. I hope you see what I am saying.

We were sitting on the verandah with a view of the ocean, me, my kids and friends - we were at my friends house, nothing unusual, having a drink and chatting away...... Suddenly the earth slightly twisted beneath us, it was a strange feeling- not like an earthquake, just a slight movement.

We all looked at one-another and I was first to speak....: "This is it, this is the end". I was calm, we all were, we just sat there, we knew... just knew...... No-one jumped up or screamed or pannicked, it was as if we knew there was no time for that and that something worse was about to happen & it was the end-+.

As I turned my head to look where my 8year old son was my eye caught the ocean, it was gone- I looked up at the horizon and there it was, a tsunami the size of nothing like I've seen before....it was motionless, stretched into the clouds, high above where the ocean was just seconds before......suddenly it started moving towards us with an amazing speed. The last thing I remember is looking for my son & realizing he is gone, I looked up and there was another tsunami...........smaller, and another....I remember nothing after the 3rd one.

I HAD THIS DREAM 2WEEKS AGO while vissiting a friend at the coast... as usual.

It was so real and really upset me, so much so that I went back home the next day- Yeah, I live more inland.

In the beginning of time (as human history views time) God created human beings here on earth for the purpose of removing sin from the heavenly realms. Sin in God's eyes is any physical, spiritual or emotional human activity that falls short of, or is seperated from, His Holy Righteousness. This of course means that every human born on earth was a spiritual being and creation of God prior to the creation of the physical world. The end times in no way means the end of the physical world but the end of human rebellion against God. We were all gifted with freedom of choice when we were born and we will all die (physically only) at God's chosen time. Instead of worry about the end of the world we should rejoice in the fact that Satan and his angels have been long ago been defeated (including death). God is Love!!!!!

Good question!

Most people believe the end times means the destruction of the earth and all that is therein. This is an interpretive error. The end times, in truth, means the end of a great religious cycle that began with Adam (the first human to recognize the existence of a Creator) and ended with Mohammed (The Seal of the Prophets). In between those two Divine Messengers have been many other Divine Messengers such as Krishna, Buddha, Abraham, Zoroaster, Moses, and Jesus Christ. This great religious cycle is called the Adamic religious cycle. It was the age of prophecy and it has already come to an end ... the "end times" have come and gone. The prophecies and promises of all the major religions in the Adamic cycle have been fulfilled.

A new religious cycle has begun. Its forerunner, The Bab, announced His mission in 1844 and the Promised One all the ages, Baha'u'llah (The Glory of God) proclaimed His station, Manifestaion of God, in 1844. He has given humanity an incredible Revelation which shows us how to achieve the Most Great Peace and will guide us through the next 100,000 years.

War is a sign of man, nothing to do with the end of time, as far as the earth changing not sure what you mean, but the planet itself has many times, as well as what man is doing to it to change it. The end will come when it gets here, and there's nothing you or i can do about it so why worry about it

We have many more signs than just war going on right now to tell us that we are in the final days. But this war is coming from the middle east and their targets are Jews and Christians.The Bible tells us of the hatred of Christians and Jews in the final daysThere is the wide addition of non-believers who are bent on changing our minds.The weather is changing rapidly. It says in the Bible that in the last days we will not know one season from another except for the changing of the leaves. The polar icecaps are melting! This is causing violent weather. I lived in southern Florida for many years and only one major hurricane there. That was Cleo in 1968 and that name was still on the people's lips until Katrina hit in 2005.I don't expect you to understand.Your mind is closed.I don't know why I even bothered.

Yes there has always been war. But this war we are in now has been considered by men versed in the Bible as the 3rd world war. And that is significant. I have always heard a 3rd world war would be the last war. This is the war that can't and won't be won. Other factors are in the storms we have been experiencing. The Tsunmi 2 years ago. The earthquakes, Tornados. Our science will always try and explain them, but our God has power mortal man cannot.

If you are really true to yourself you will testify that all aorund us is pointing towards the end. There has never been such a time like this where man's hearts are failing for fear, immorality everywhere, brother turning against brother. Read Mathew chapter 24. Truly the days of Noah are back again and this earth is ripe for destruction.

One can not predict that time. It is known to our Lord only. First second coming, then 1000 years of his rule, Satan will be in prison during 1000year rule, afterwards he will be released for trooble, Then eternal life or death. Our resposiblity is to be ready for receiving our Lord any time. Realise about 10 virgins. Let us not be like the 5 ones who could not enter in to the function

Humans are warring creatures. So the end of times for humans will be when they stop fighting because they'll be none of them left over to fight. We will probably take the rest of the world with us on the way down!
