Yes, about 15 years ago! I broke up with my 1st GF and didn't really discuss it with her, I just moved out of our apartment one day while she was at work. I left a note for her telling her that I had left. Even though we shared an apartment, I had kept an apartment of my own and she came over to my apartment and was yelling outside of the door for me to open it. And she was pounding on the door and crying. She sort of went psycho, I guess!
She did this 2 or 3 different times before she realized that I wasn't opening the door! After she stopped trying to talk to me, we eventually drifted off. A few years later I called her because I felt sort of bad that I didn't tell her exactly why I left her. She said she had never gotten over me and she regretted treating me bad because she knew that is why I left. She was right! Her name was Beth.

I am not trying to pretend that I am a saint! a lady was almost going to do that to me but I acted fast made her understand that my heart is not to be taken for granted, I left her heartbroken for three month but later made up with her. its four years not though we don't stay close but she still remain my best friend ( Ihave had other relationship since then) and if there will be another opportunity I think I will start all over again with her and if possible marry her.
her name is Tena

I broke Charles' heart years ago but I rarely think of him since I don't regret what I did. If we had continue to date it would had probably broken not just his heart but his arms, legs,...You get the picture.

I was sixteen, I was in love, and had to move away. I cried for six months, honestly. I still think of him a lot, especially around Christmas, cause that's when we got together.
And his name was Brandon. It was a forced breakup, I guess, but it nearly killed me.
