Recently met my boyfriends ex-girlfriend. She looks haggard to say the least. Should it bother me that he had sex wih someone that unfortunate looking? This btw was a four year relationship, so she was more than just an easy lay.

Did this relationship result in a pretty baby? I think you should punch her in the face! I assume that she moved into her new boyfriends house a week after she met him with your boyfriends kid. What a phsyco! You're way hotter than her, so don't let it bother you.

Why be bothered? Ugly or beautiful, it's all just appearance and flesh. The old saying is most certainly true, you cannot judge a book by its cover. It is very hard for people to look at someone ugly and to consider that they may actually be a beautiful person. We are so caught up with our hormones and what we want in bed, that it's about as far as we go.
I think your boyfriend is rather unique. He actually goes further than what swings between his legs. This ex of his, if she is hideous (whether naturally, or by illness or deformity), obviously has much more to offer a man than the outside.
you might consider looking beyond the mirror yourself. You are going to age like everybody else. Nobody likes being unattractive or getting old, but most of us are going to face it one way or another, through age or illness or both, which is probably a very hard and good lesson to cure vanities in most of us. Harsh as it is.
I'm sure you are obviously very young, but have you ever seen a very old couple walking down the road hand in hand? happy and serene? They are over the youth and looks and simply love eachother for who they are. It is very hard being young and attractive and wondering "what happens when this goes?".

Why do you bother so much. She is the EX, that's all. Dont keep think of the past, live in the present and look into your future.

It is what is inside that counts. Your boyfriend saw something special in this girl or he would not be have been with her for four years. Be glad you boyfriend isn't so shallow he only looks at outside beauty.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Maybe she thought you werent to hot yourself and wondered why he went from her to you? Looks arent everything. I met my boyfriends ex and didnt think she was crash hot, but after getting to know her I saw why he liked her.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Dating someone based on looks is shallow. My ex-husband's wife is a very pretty woman, and also sweet as she can be. I tried to hate her, and couldn't. Maybe it was her personality that attracted him to her! You never know.

Well kinda of a sromch turning feeling but then you think about it that he is with you now and that you are beautiful... then know that he has something so much better... when being with you... the sex part that should be beyond you b/c just imagine how many guys do how many girls... it is very common to see such unfortunate people get the good looing ones...
