Rocky horror picture show has a hell of a lot of great songs, plus it got the entire sing along / dresssing as characters / audience participation in theatres bandwagon rolling.
What lets rocky horror top sound of music is the fact you can dance to it's songs.
The timewarp is still being played in its original and the remixed versions in nightclubs all the time and is always a floor filler.
Try playing a sound of music song at a club and watch the DJ being lynched.
