I want to invite my guy friend to my house to watch movies and you know just talk. I have a crush on him also, but how would I bring that up? Would that be awkward to have my friend/crush at my house....and if it might be awkward how can I avoid that happening possibly?

Invite him. May be you won't feel awkard after the movie night anymore and you will have a setting to talk about your feelings about him and how you feel.

After spending about 3 weeks just hanging out with my friend, watching movies and talking, we went to dinner where he reached for my hand. That night we had our first kiss...

5 1/2 years later, we married - that was almost 11 years ago.

Don't say anything just yet. Spend some time together, you may find that it happens naturally or that you're not as attracted to him as you think. Keep an open mind and an open heart.

Best wishes.

Your invitation to come to your house and watch movies is enough to let him know of your interest. If he accepts, that will show that he's interested too. There's really nothing else you need to say, so just wait and see what happens. Good luck!

well, if he really has no idea then i think it will be ok to invite him over but maybe not tell him you like him that night, because if he doesnt feel the same way it will be awkward. if you invite him over and just see how he acts if its just you two maybe do a little flirting and see if he flirts back or acts a little weirded out.

The invitation will speak of itself. Go ahead, it wont be so awkward if you have everything planned.

It shouldn'tbe awkward unless you make it that way. Just bring it up in normal conversation, or even see if he has feelings for you first.

You just tell him. However, if he does not respond in a manner in which you desire. You need to be fair and still try to remain friends. Good luck and God bless****
