Yes. There are different things a person can do while asleep, such as sleep walking. It's called parasomnias. These are actions a person would normally do awake, but for some reason the brain allows the sleeper to get up and move around. It can be quite frightening for the sleeper.

It is possible but quite rare. there is part of your brain that should "switch off" during dream sleep, which means that you aren't able to move. Sometimes though this doesn't work correctly so you move in your sleep with your dreams.

Usually body release chemicals that pretty much paralyzes it. But sometimes you can wake up while this happens. And you get sleep paralysis. I get few in a year. It's weird sensation like whole body is being squized and you can't move a finger tip. And first time is scariest because you do get weird feeling like someone is in your room or someone is about to get you and you also holucinate too.
Google sleep paralysis.

Yes. Usually the body produces paralysis-inducing chemicals so that you don't act out your dreams, but sometimes they don't work fully - and you end up moving around in a "restless" fashion. Sometimes they don't work at all, or maybe aren't produced and this can result in sleepwalking.

I saw a programme that said there is a stage of sleep when you are completely paralysed. I think i once woke up during it because i couldn't move at all and thought there was someone pining me down, it was quite scary until i properly came to.

Yeah definitely. I had this dream where this cat attacked me and i held the cat, i woke up and i held some of my duvet. Your dreams can control your physical movements when sleeping, that's what i think.
