This is tough because both is hard.
I would have to say- to love and lose. At least you are capable of loving again.

to love and lose is sooooo much better to never love at all because you'll know what it feels like to love, (at least) am I right?

To Love & Lose - least you can say.. been there.. done that .. moved on ...

and if that person wasnt the one .. i always say that they are a stepping stone away from the one that really is.

every one must love and i like to believe that loving no one except thr right person is better than loveing and losing because when you love only one he becomes your first love and so does he.
