Ok well I'm the same age as you =) I would basically try and make sure he liked me back...you know, by asking questions and stuff...and then when you are out, maybe with other people, maybe not, just take him to one side and just tell him that you like him, and see what happens from there! you should put the ball in his court by casually mentioning a movie that you want to watch and if he does like you back he will be able to spot the opportunity and use it.
