As a hobby, I love to make wine and challenge myself to improve its taste but i always want to know what type of product it is? Does it turn out to be a Riesling or something else? I am very new to this so please help me out in understanding what is produced. Below is the list of ingredients:

Red Grape Juice - 1 Liter
Sugar ( 1 Cup)
Brewers Yeast (1 tsp.)

So after the fermentation process, what is the end result product?

Thanks.

from my understanding from what I read and the knowledge, it all depends on the time amount of yeast and juices and such depends on what type you get. like with the recipe you gave sounds like a sweet wine. I used to have a friend that would make rasberry brandy it was good but he never gave me a recipe for that.I added a website that helped me a little bit

You have made a spot on clone of MD20/20. In order to make a varietal wine, one must use a known variety of wine grape. Vinters use strains of yeast that are specific to the wine that is being produced. For more information on the intricacies of yeast stains please view www.whitelabs.com.
