I have read that it is possible that AIDS can be spread by a mosqiuto but the probability is very very low ( more than 1 in 10 B). HIV can't survive that long in mosquito body. Furthermore, only small amount of blood is transfused during the bite.

This is a question that has been asked several times in the past. For a more complete treatment, go back and have a look at the answers to those questions. In short, the virus does not grow in the saliva glands in mosquitoes.

When a mosquito bites you, it does not inject blood into you. It only injects its own saliva into you, which does not contain any HIV. When HIV gets into the mosquito's gut, it gets digested and killed.
Diseases like Dengue, Malaria, and Yellow Fever, which ARE transmitted by mosquitoes, first have to make the mosquito sick and travel to the mosquito's salivary glands. HIV is unable to do this.
