i think guys hair should be wahtever it is naturally supposed to be. I have a feeling that you are asking more about haggy hair and wether a guy should grow it out to the point where it gets curly. but once again, this is on and individual basis. I am not a huge fan of afros, and super long straight hair isn't really my thing either...

Several years ago I'd have said straight without a doubt but now, I think that the minimalist look is definitely best.
From a male perspective, little grooming required, always looks neat and tidy and, I'm told by my female friends, incredibly sexy to touch. Not that I encourage it very often with my own humble offering. well not more than twice a day. Each.

Either/or, as long as he knows how to take care of it and it's long enough to play with.
I dated a guy who had long straight hair that I used to brush for HOURS. I loved his hair. I also dated a guy who's hair was semi-curly, and that was sexy, too. As long as I can play with it, nothing else matters.

when the guy is maintaining his hair short and trim with a cop kinda look or a gentleman kinda looks, straight hair wins hands down..!
but if he's gonna prefer staying shaggy with a rugged look or atleast a cool guy look, curly hair is jus too kool!

i prefer guys with straight and long hair.
However curly or straight is OK but it must clean.
