You may go to the local mosque, there you should fine a bookstore with various Islamic writings, and it is very likely that they have an English interpretation of the Holy Quran

Borders has them. Make sure to read Suria 4 and pick up a copy of Friends by Day Enemies by Night by Lincoln Keiser. Very interesting!

Of course!
Just go to your nearest Islamic Bookstore, you'll find it there for sure!
You could even check stores that sell all kinds of religious work.

It's really nice to see someone taking an interest in Islam, not just right out bashing it.
