Hi, yes it is it causes to much iron to go into the dogs system and can cause death in extreme circumstances. Learn't the hard way our Jack Russell ate a large amount luckily the vet caught it in time. The liver flavouring in dog food is an essence of liver not the real thing. Keep to the recommended dog foods, a bit of chicken is not to bad as a treat sometimes when they are under the weather, good luck Tess

Liver is ok providing you dont give your dog lots of liver several times a week. For some reason liver can cause health problems if fed too often in large amounts. I remember the vet saying that to my mum ages ago

Like most other things, liver is fine in moderation. Too much will give a dog Dire Rear, especially if it is raw. Many people use cooked liver as rewards when training or showing. It's never done any of my dogs any harm.

No,it's very good for them, but you should only feed it a few times a week,or a very small amount daily to avoid vitamin A toxicity. You can feed it raw or lightly cooked, this is best. But it's good for them.

It's not bad in moderation, I am feeding some tonight, if you feed a lot of it, it can cause diarrhoea, but occasionally it's fine.
