I think Christians tend to be a lot more aggressive than others when trying to convert people. Instead of a gentle approach and offering people to find out more about Christianity and focusing on the good stuff first they jump right to the disrespectful "convert from your false beliefs and accept Jesus Christ as your savior or you will go to hell" approach. Some Christians won't take no for an answer either and will try to force their beliefs on people. I have never met anyone of another religion whose approach has been as aggressive and disrespectful as the most common Christian approach.

Well I don't know if that is true or not, I think it depends on who you asked..

- Christianity is the most commonly hated religion - it is looked down on - Christianity is the only religion THAT I KNOW OF (correct if wrong) that speaks against homosexuality
i remember reading a verse saying something like: he shall not lay with a man as with a woman, for it is an abomination unto the Lord.

The Bible cuts like a two-edged sword..Christians were never intended to be "popular"..to be Friends with the world is to be an enemy of God..If they did not like Christ the Messiah who is coming soon, He told the disciples and Apostles that they would be persecuted for His sake. That is why Christians are called the Sheep of His flock!

Isn't it strange, that in this Revived Roman Empire taking place, Christians are being persecuted and nobody says much of anything. It is reminiscent of Nero who went mad, as Christians sang songs, while he beheaded them, let lions rip them to shreds burned and tortured them, because of their love for Christ....Some environmentalists in California are proposing just that for criminals! Beheading is cruel and unusual punishment as Neurologists have discovered, the brain still lives about 32 hrs after such an act..you would still have time to repent.

It has been like that since the days of Christ. Christ died a rejected person and he said "Luk 23:31 For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry? "
Christianity has always been unwelcome and we face the same rejection and ridicule as did our Lord Jesus Christ. Truth is always fought and people would rather believe a fable

It depends on which country you're in, actually. In the US, I've been called everything in the book. I'm an Asatruar. I don't even believe in the devil, how is it some people think I worship him?

Xtians tend to be judgmental, hateful beings. That's why I go out of my way not to make friends with them. However, I do not 'hate' them. I just feel sorry for them. They worship a single god who apparently doesnt have any qualms about sending them into eternal torment if they screw up even once. It expects you to bow to it. MY GODS DON'T DO THAT! And my gods are real.

Educate yourself and read the bible in it's original languages. You will see even Jesus knew there were multiple gods. He just chose to worship only one of them.

By the way, it was xtians who started stuffing snakes down the throats of people who wouldn't convert. I don't think any xtian has the right to whine about 'hate' when they seem to be the ones perpetuating that hate.

Just leave us be. We leave you alone. Why can't you do the same?

I dont see Christianity as the most not liked religion. Though it is under attack by the secular progressive crowd here in America.

Jesus said, in the Sermon on the Mount, that His followers would be hated and persecuted for His sake. For Christians, it's par for the course.

Christianity is the most not-liked religion because it is the most true (Human nature does not want truth; it wants self-justification).

All religions have persecuted members and martyrs.
