Actually dryness in skins occures due to air which enteres in your skin, it vary skin to skin.
Keep Cool
When showering, use cool or lukewarm water. Though hot water relaxes your muscles, it strips moisture from the surface of your skin. The best temperature is one that is cool but not unbearably cold. Some people have found that bathing also helps. If that's not an option for you, cooler water and shorter showers can make a difference, according to ADAM.

Obviously, drinking more water will help resolve the dehydration. Also, applying a lot of moisturizers (even in winter) will lessen the amount of water released from your skin. You'll be amazed by how much water you lose with your hands not covered, so wear gloves when you're outdoors. But always remember to drink water, and try to lessen with the coffee as it may very much encourage the dehydration.

massage olive on your body before a bath(atleast 1 hour before). use a mild soap, one which contains glycerine. afterwards use a body lotion(vaseline body lotion is great). u can apply honey on your face, its a natural moisturizer or put a few drops in your bath water. u can also use this face pack - mix a little gramflour(besan) with yoghurt and apply on ur face and wash off after sometime. also use a moisturizer or cold cream on ur face. drink lots of water throughout the year. this will probably help u !
