This is the classic love triangle and is a spectacle that everyone wishes would happen to someone they hate but never for themselves.It is a pity that both your best friend and your girl friend have decided to betray in this uncomely fashion.
There is no distinct way to deal with this situation but the very best is to let them be.You never know maybe fate made you meet both of them so that they may finally meet each other.It is inevitably a vey hard decision to make because you have double heart break.Someone said that if you can't take the heat then you had better leave the kitchen.It is not prudent for a man of your calibre to engage in petty competitions with your friend because it will only generate hate.
My dear move on with life you will in the end get someone who appreciates you fully and won't take you for granted like these two have.

Do yo love your gf a lot...? if yes; dont break up with her. You will regret it big time in the future. If he is your best mate; he should know that she is ur gf and should step back instead!!!
If you dont really love her-go ahead and break up with her. But you have to be honest with the reason.
I still think that if he is really urbest mate, he will be the one who step back. Its ur gf that we are talking about, not that as if you both are just falling in love w a new crush

End the friendship!!!! Your girlfriend should be your new best friend. I've never had a girlfriend, but if I ever do, compromising her for any guy friend that I have is unthinkable.

Maybe i can help you with that. I had something like that happen to me. I was going out with this girl. and then my best friend had feelings for her. But its not really about what your friends feelings are. its how you feel about the girl your with. do u love her. It is also up to her. does she have feelings. for you best friend. and if they both have feeling for each other. then its is really up too you. You would need to talk to them and always tell the truth. first talk to them one by one. Then if that does not work then talk as a group. you should start talking to you best friend first. i guess that as far as i can help you with. i hope all the best for you.

you don't have to do either, actually. as long as your friend has some self-control and doesn't cross any boundaries, and as long as you and your gf love each other, you can still be close with both of them.
your best friend will find another girl to lust after sooner or later, so don't dump him...
and your gf hasn't done anything wrong, so don't dump her.
