I don't think you can go to college for boxing. But if I were you, I'd beat the hell out of somebody right outside of a boxing gym, and maybe a trainer will come out and break the fight up, see something in you, and take you in and start training you as his special project and secret weapon.

There are no universities or colleges that offer boxing scholarships wrestling as in Greco-Roman are offered at the collegiate level but you would have to be a known HS wrestler. Boxing is not conducive to higher education.

Patrick ~
Try writing to Ron Aurit at the Boxing Scholorship Foundation in Phiadelphia, Pennsylvania 19116 or you can call Boxing Scholorship Foundation at (267) 229 - 9980 I'n my opinion, you would be better off writing Ron a letter (nobody writes letters anymore) and explain to him where you live and if there's Boxing Scholorships in your state or area.
Hopefully this will put you in the right direction. I do know that the Windy City Gym in Chicago, Illiinois (It recently closed) was offering scholorships to a college in Michigan so I do know there are colleges across the country that offer scholorships to boxers.
Good luck Patrick, I hope that this puts you in the right direction and you end up where you want to be.
