Masturbation is an unclean habit. (2 Corinthians 7:1) However, the Bible does not class it with serious sins such as fornication. In fact, it does not mention it at all. Therefore, a lapse into masturbation would hardly be unforgivable. Viewing it as if it were beyond forgiveness could actually be dangerous; a youth might reason that there is little point in trying to overcome the problem. But Bible principles indicate that a Christian should put forth strenuous efforts to fight this habit. (Colossians 3:5) Jehovah knows that "we all stumble many times." (James 3:2) If a relapse occurs, a youth need not feel condemned.
The same is true of other missteps and errors. Jehovah does not require that we punish ourselves with excessive guilt. Rather, he is pleased when we take steps to correct the problem.-2 Corinthians 7:11; 1 John 3:19, 20.

How to avoid porn addiction on the Internet
1. Consider installing porn content filtering software( Strongly Recommend NetDog Porn Filter, you can get it from www.netdogsoft.com ) on your computer. it will help to protect you from stumbling into pornography by accident, That's important.
2. Do not try to guess what the address of a Web page is. Many pornographic sites have similar addresses of respectable sites. For example www . whitehouse . com is a porn site. The real address is www. whitehouse . gov
3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.
4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.
5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.
6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.
Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.

Every growing up boy has this "problem" and don't let superstitious people frighten you. There is nothing wrong with masturbation. And it has nothing to do with religion, either. It's only that unfortunately the Christian religion has this hangup about sex. Other religions are much more tolerant.
I was told as a youth that my pecker would fall off, that I would become feeble minded, and several other horror stories. It is a pity that this is still done to every young generation that grows up, despite proof to the contrary.

BULL S , masturbationg is highly unhealthy , it debilitates nervous function, and drains the body of key neurotransmitters, thats way you become stupid, lame, unfunny, and sluggish, not to mention ugly too, why are stallion thoroughbred horses more agile, and energertic, and more beautiful(it shows it the fur quality and chassis, im not a horsehomo), cause theyre not allowed to breed, they are straightup neutered.
idk about christianity, but im sure theres a chapter in the bible abt Onan and his sin.....read up.
different people have different rate of sexual exhaustion, some can ejaculate again 5 minutes after intercourse, but some others have to wait 2-3 to be "recharged"
listen to your body, if it reacts like that, that maybe its time to stop, because the symptoms you describe is similar to meth addiction symptoms, which also destroys your brain, just like masturbation

My question for you is Why would God give you this equipment, give you these urges, and expect you to just sit in discomfort and not do anything about it? Its a completely natural thing to masturbate. First of all, you just said it relieves those symptoms you have, but it also reduces stress, and makes you less irritable. It would be a stupid thing for God to say, here's a penis and here are some sexual urges...now DO NOT TOUCH IT! It would be sadistic and cruel if it were true. But you know what? Its not true. Jerk off as much as you want. And who cares about porn? Its just videos of people getting their jollies off just like you are. No shame in it.....really.

If you are in your teens, then it is understandable. In fact the body has a way of coping with this, through your wet dreams. But as you grow , you should learn how to "cope" with it. Focus on more productive activities or hobbies. There are more useful things to do than just satisfying the carnal desire. Too much of anything is not good. I hope you got what I meant.

Masturbation is natural, healthy and fun. 97% of men admit they do it. 3% lie about it.
Just go ahead and enjoy it.
Who cares what middle eastern tales and legends say or dont say about it ? Those interesting works of fiction were written by men a long time ago for the enjoyment of their readers. You are not wondering what PeterPan or Snow White think of masturbation do you ? :-)

The physical act is never mentioned. (Onan's sin was his refusal to have children for his brother).
What sometimes goes through one's mind can be classified as lust, and therefore sin.
If you're using artificial stimulation, get rid of that; otherwise, just don't worry about it.

There is no sex in the Bible, except when those 2 girls got their dad drunk and raped him, so STOP RIGHT NOW!
If you keep doing it, you will go blind and impotent.
Impotence..Nature's way of saying "No hard feelings,"
