Hello,
I live with my family in sharjah and now we are planning to move to Dubai because I’ve had enough from the daily traffic jam.
My work is in Sheikh Zayed road, so I’m looking for a 2 bedroom flat in Dubai with good price. Let’s say below 65,000.
Some friends advised me to go to Almamzar area but they said the area is full of cafes and parking is not available all the time. Others advised me with Alqusais and said it is good place and good price for flats.
But I need your opinion about this.. Do u have any recommendation? As I said I want 2 bedrooms flat and not more 65,000 AED yearly and if less it would be great.
Thanks alot

well its impossible to find a 2 bedroom flat on sheikh zayed road, and qusais is alright to live you will be able to find, 60-65, 55, thousand check the gulf news area they have alot of new buildings comin out with those prices, my hubby lives in the area and its all new buildings and we have checked out their prices so u just have to look their, but anyway china town international city would be better for u to live there only becuz its more closer to your work and u wont have to deal with traffic and cheap, and also dont worry of it bein out of town in a couple more years the new dubai will be in that area, so its better that u get there

You need a miracle to find 2 bedrooms with this price...
Nothing convenient for less than 80,000 in Dubai these days.
Good luck anyway.
