where can i get the best hair service with a bugget price?

i wanna go for reborning and cutting .... wanna know where is the cheapest place to cut as well as reborning .... about my bugget i have only 80

well, hair cut and rebonding would recommend you to go to jean yip. if you find it too expensive, then you can go to johor bahru's jean yip branch, works out cheaper, half price only. compared to singapore price. hehe :D

MAsterCuts are in most US malls. Theyre cheaper and not so bad at all
