Islam says that humans need to do their best to live in this world and to live in the next. That is why Islam encourages people to learn and develop the sciences so that human livelihood would be better.

Humans are told by God to live by His rules, as revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. And therefore Islam allows governments to make just laws, and Islam requires all humans to follow just laws. For example, if the government issues a decree saying that water must be conserved, then Islamically everyone must follow this rule, and if someone wastes water with the knowledge that his action will hurt the community, then Islamically he has made a sin. So you according to the just rule, that person may be punished. And Islam has no problem with this.

However, Islam also gave laws that seems a bit too futuristic for us, but still practical. For example, when nations go to war, there will certainly be millions of widows with small children who have lost their caretaker i.e. the men. According to Western laws, men who are capable of taking care of these women may not legally make them a family member (marry the women), but it is legal to cheat on their wives to have sex with these women, without even supporting them financially. But according to Islamic law, the men cannot have sex with women who are not their spouses, and it is Islamically legal for the men to take care of these women and their families financially as the head of the family (marry the widows, out of sympathy or love or the women's desperation).

So in short, Islamic law is constant and was not only applicable for the time of the Prophet but even for our time and age. Man made laws are perfect for a certain period of time only, and is ever-changing. Although both laws are good for the society, human made laws may not override Islamic laws.

My answer is contain this, law for peaceful leading life, its not for one community, or contienent or religion, different principal keeping humunbeing is all the region. Freedom is from sense ,deep understanding, and made the ncessary changes if its not workout well, and values not steal any thing with.No one have the right to take the soul ,you have the right to bring him to
right sense of light to understand the weekness of. Its not by threten or by fear or any stories with. Its logice of nature applicable for all for moral living, moral side weekend development never good, nature give the sense to follow the beauty of life Mother,father,Guru, God , all in you. This to be follow for not put any force, keep this in mind meaning fully to take the repsonsiblity of yours , and not to leave for other options.
