That's very serious. Time is of the essence. It could have been poison. Evil ppl drop that in parks sometimes. Don't wait. Take her to the vet NOW.

The vomiting and rectal bleeding sound like signs of kidney failure. You need to call your vet. Do lots of online searches and see how much it sounds like the same symptoms. The problem with kidney failure is that there are seldom systems until the kidneys are 2/3 damaged. I hope this is not the case. Good luck and Ihope you the best. Please contact yoru vet as soon as possible. Try the link below for some other explainations and information.

Might be an infection, or something like a bone which has damaged the gut. Keep the dog calm and give her some water, and stay nearby so she doesn't fret. You'll probably need some form of surgery ASAP. Find the nearest vet able to help or SPCA might be able to help.

Why in earth have you not taken your dog to the Vet.
Did you know it is illegal and you can be criminally charged by not providing an animal with medical intervention when needed?

Has she had her vaccines updated? It sounds like parvo to me and it does happen to older dogs if they have not been properly vaccinated.
