I enjoy using these two books as a reference for English grammar as they are very easy to understand:
The Grammatically Correct Handbook: A Lively and Unorthodox Review of Common English, for the Linguistically Challenged by Ellie Grossman
http://www.amazon.com/Grammatically-Correct-Handbook-Unorthodox-Linguistically/dp/0786881690
The Elements of Style by William Strunk Jr. E.B. White

The best way to learn grammar well is to read as much as possible. Start with the newspapers and magazines. I like Time magazine for their writing style and vocabulary. You will notice much improvement in your use of proper grammar if you cultivate a reading habit.

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the Internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of on line courses, which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

The best way would be to chat on line with an American or British person, they can read and correct for you and possibly answer your questions.
