ok here's the deal I've been friends with a girl now for a few years at first I thought she was alright looking but after getting to know her I realised how beautiful she really is we've been throught a lot of bullshit and still manage to saty friends I know she thinks I'm good lookin but friends don't have probems coplimenting eachother we make eye contact all the time she faces me when were sitting and I've heard of the whole palm and wrist showing are submissive gestures and she replies to me saying babe or babygirl when I'm talking to other girls in the room ahe also has a boyfriend and sometimes she calls me by his name we also spend a lot of time alone or with other people weve never hels hands or kissed and the only hug we give are goodbye hugs I'm afraid that if I tell her she would feel uncomfortable and not talk to me ever again and the whole if you love some one let them go and if they don't return it wasn't meant to be I don't think I can bare with out her friendship I'm so confused

she isn't calling you her boyfriend's name on accident.
maybe she is waiting for you to make a move so she can leave the guy she is with without ever being single, because cowards are like that.

well dude looks like your in a pretty tuff situation. I've been here before, and the best thing to do from my own experience is to try as hard as you can to not pass that friendship boundary. Even though you are positive she likes you as more than a friend, don't do it, unless you know she will make the first move. If she dumps her boyfriend and goes to you, than things were meant to be. I made the first move, and BAM! was it wrong. You should just let chicks do their thing. Well hope this helps, if not, read a chicks comment or talk to one of your "sister-like" friends.Take it easy.

If you are such good friends than talk to her about it. Say hey how would you feel if we were more than friends and see what she says. Life is to short to waste time wondering what if. Good luck.
