Use the door. If there isn't any, create one (even a simple hole, large enough for you to pass, will do).
I opened once using a chair, some cable and chewing gum, but I don't know if the solution will apply to your situation...

Use a stud finder to avoid hitting the upright 2 X 4. Then simply ram your head into the wall and follow-up with the remainder of your body.

Cur perforations to your size and then just get a good running start and voila! You have a nice big hole in the wall and you are on the other side!

at the door way, because if you use a window it needs to be really big or your not able to "walk" through it..if this does not help then i suggest askig Chris Angel
