I would like to forget something that I had experienced an year ago. It's driving me crazy. Please help me and tell me if there's any kind of medicine out there that can help me forget that specific experience that took place one year ago?

Yes, there is. In fact I have done it myself. You have to share that experience with someone, not just the physical memories but every little emotions you feel now and back then. It's the hardest thing to do and it's the only way. Find someone who you trust and is not judgemental, work your way through sharing it little by little getting through every detail. It's a painful experience but at the end you'll be left with just another memory on the back of your mind.

Life is a series of good and bad experiences. Enjoy the good and learn from the bad. Use the experience to learn how not to make it happen again. You have to deal with it and it will make you a stronger person.
If ever there is a medicine to help you forget the bad experience, you will forget the good memories too. You'll forget everything. What kind of life will that be?

forgetting will never work. you will have to face what happened and deal with it... and possibly with the help of a counselor you can put it behind you. there is no medicine that can make you forget something like that. no matter what you should improve with the passage of time..

Best to confront the memories so you can learn to deal with them. If you always run from your memories, you will be forever running. I suggest you seek some spiritual counselling. Depending on your religion.

Don't try to forget it, but don't let your past control your future. Deal with your stuff before it deals with you.

Good luck. There are things I would like to forget to, but I am finally dealing with them and getting over them.
