The symptoms you described should be of great concern, especially since they involve the heart.
Please make him go to his doctor, who'll send him to a cardiologist for a complete cardiac work up including a heart sonogram and a stress test. They're both painless tests, are covered by most insurance companies and take less than an hour.
It'll probably turn out to be nothing. But if he does have a problem which, untreated, could render you a young widow, I'd say it'll be worth the 45-50 minutes, not to mention your peace of mind.
Don't mess around with the heart! Much better safe than sorry.

This is called Tachycardia. It's when your heart starts to beat rapidly very suddenly and can sometimes make you feel like you are choking. How is his caffeine intake? If he is drinking a lot of decaffeinated drinks then cut down on the caffeine and it will probably resolve on it's own. However, it's not a bad idea to get an EKG from your doctor to keep tabs on it. Hope everything turns out well for you.

I think he is a little young to be married or maybe your from where the hicks are when they marry there cousin when thery are 17! what a bunch of weridos but from a doctors point of view I would suggest keep the stress level down and also take a quality calcium magnesium pill. I know your saying what! Belive it or not these two minerals are vital to the health of your heart. your heart needs a lot of these two minerals and take both not just one or the other. do not take a prescription pill! the chemicals these pills are made of only confuse your body your body does not know what to do with these chemicals that are man made think about it hundreds or thousands of years ago they didnt have these chemical pills to cure or prevent things that go wrong with our bodies. all they had was natural elements. what i mean is with the chemical pill it will do what it was created to do but there are usually a huge list of side effects. with natural vitamins, minerals and herbs there are none unless in the rare case your body happens to be allergic to one of these elements. also it may have to do with the level of acid in his body this is the number one reason why you would go into cardiac arrest. having a high level of acid comes from eating unhealthy food. some one that eats lots of fruits and veggies have a very low acid level. there is alot more to explain to much so I will stop here bottom line eat healthy get exercise and keep the stress down and take the calcium magnesium and drink PLENTY of water. u can get this I think its in a pill or powder at healthyhabits.com they have great stuff everything they have is 100% natural. dont forget to look for products that deal with the acid level. yes I would have at least have a test done but dont take any prescription pills unless its very very serious and needs to be dealt with right away. but this doesnt sound super serious good thing give your body what it needs and it will fix its self your body is designed to repair its self and the heart is the only organ that responds very rapidly to anything that you give it to heal it hope this helps

this can be something serious. you should take him to the doctor. there is only so much you can find out on this website. you might want to try asking an online doctor that question on justanswer.com... but I would still go see a real live doctor!!
