ok so on sunday i had lasagna with salad and garlic bread THEN banoffee pie and 2 scoops of ice cream (choclate-but it was a small dessert)
would that make me put of weight if i generally have a balanced diet anyway?
and if i say also what i ate that day could some work out the CALORIES please???

breakfast-1 small bowl special k with semi skim milk
lunch- i small Jacket potato and salad
dinner-as above

a big meal or a lot of calories once in a while (and that is the key!) will not cause you to gain too much weight. When you know you are going to be eating like that, or even right after you have done it, see if you can figure out the calorie count and add that much to your workout. As long as you are eating healthily overall an occasional treat is not a bad thing.

If you generally have a balanced diet and exercise regularly (3-5 times a week) if you splurge ever so often you aren't gonna balloon up. Its only if you eat large portions and stop your good diet when you'll gain. Also if you stop exercising.
